This project "D@ N@T STAND@ MY GRAVE AND WEEP”  focuses on the connection between "reincarnation" and the Weibo banning account. "Reincarnation" is an online phenomenon that has emerged on Weibo in China.,referring to the act of a blocked user re-registering a new account to restart .The act of "reincarnation" of Weibo accounts is part of a system of discursive resistance through the repetition of the Buddhist concept of body and soul. 

In this project, the artist, whose Weibo accounts has been banned twice for re-posting 'inappropriate comments', uses a unique form of oriental fantasy literature based on the 'reincarnation of three lifetimes' of three Weibo accounts she has used --The Chinese 'Xiān Xiá' is a fictional 'mimetic narrative' for her three Weibo accounts. 

In this story, the artist seeks to borrow plots and lines from immortal novels to explore the relationship between spirit and flesh, self-consciousness and emotional memory and resistance to fate, responding to the powerless real world in a reoccurring, metaphorical and isomorphic way.
